From conversations to contracts: building a freelance pipeline with confidence

Freelancing often feels reactive – waiting for opportunities, chasing conversations, hoping something turns into work. This session introduces a simple, practical way to build a pipeline of opportunities so you’re not relying on chance:

  • How to spot real opportunities and avoid dead ends

  • Communicating your value clearly and confidently

  • Turning conversations into concrete next steps

  • Building long-term relationships that lead to repeat work

  • Developing a sustainable pipeline

Through real examples, exercises and discussion, you’ll leave with clear, actionable steps to help you move from conversations to contracts.
