An essential ingredient of leadership and change-making is understanding the skills, experience and strategies we have available to us in our leadership toolkit. In this informative and practical workshop, Kate Atkinson (Head of Programmes, Clore Leadership) and Kate Davey (Programmes Manager, Clore Leadership) will share thinking and ideas, and ask you to consider ‘What does your own leadership toolkit look like?’
There is one £10 ticket available for a Midlands-based freelancer and one half-price place available for a Scotland-based freelancer – these are designed for people who wouldn’t otherwise be able to attend; please only apply for a reduced-price place if you need one. Please email hello@many-hats.org to enter the lottery for these places, which will be drawn one month before the workshop date.
