Climate Literacy, with Fern Culture
Let’s create a flourishing future together.
Climate Literacy with Fern Culture is an energising, dynamic course for everyone in theatre and the creative industries – performers, creatives, technicians, producers and administrators – who wants to understand the climate crisis and take action.
We’ll cut through the science of a warming planet and the emissions driving it, while spotlighting the inspiring solutions already in motion. Through interactive exercises, lively discussions and short videos, we’ll explore the global context, the social justice impacts, and – most importantly – practical steps we can take in the theatre sector and our personal lives, right now.
This foundational training gives you the tools to make informed choices in your role, the confidence to lead change, and a clear action plan for embedding sustainability into your work.
Ticket price includes lunch and refreshments. There is one £10 ticket available for a Midlands-based freelancer and one half-price place available for a Scotland-based freelancer. These are designed for people who wouldn’t otherwise be able attend; please only apply for a reduced-price ticket if you need one. Please email hello@many-hats.org to enter the lottery for these places, which will be drawn one month before the workshop.
